Terms of Training & Student Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment in any Zeron Academy program — including the 6-Week / 6-Month Industrial Training tracks — represents an educational skill-development relationship between the student and Zeron Technologies. It does not constitute an offer of employment, apprenticeship, or a traineeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961, or any other Indian labour legislation. Training fees paid by a student cover tuition, mentorship, lab/cloud tooling, and project evaluation — they are not wages or a stipend for services rendered.

Project completion certificates issued for university submission — including for students of Graphic Era University, SRHU, DIT University, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, other UTU-affiliated colleges, UPES, and other institutions — are issued by Zeron Technologies only upon a student meeting an 80% attendance threshold across scheduled sessions and submitting a capstone project that meets the passing evaluation criteria set by their mentor. Certificates may be withheld or delayed where either condition is not met.

Internal codebases, proprietary agency design systems, boilerplate frameworks, and software tools provided to students during training remain the exclusive property of Zeron Technologies. Students may not copy, distribute, or reuse these materials outside the scope of their training, whether during or after enrollment. Original project work built independently by a student as a personal or capstone assignment remains theirs to showcase in a personal portfolio or public GitHub profile.

Zeron Academy provides career preparation support, including resume audits, mock interviews, and interview support within the Zeron Technologies hiring network. As per Indian Consumer Protection guidelines applicable to coaching and training services, Zeron Academy does not promise, guarantee, or warrant 100% job placement, a fixed salary offer, or any specific employment outcome for any student. Placement assistance is provided on a reasonable-effort basis only.

Zeron Academy maintains a strict non-plagiarism policy during live project reviews and lab assignments. Submitting another student's, mentor's, or third party's code, design, or project work as your own is a serious violation that may result in forfeiture of your certificate and/or removal from the program without refund. Students are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and fellow students at all times.

Fee payment schedules, batch transfers, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by our Fee Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of this Enrollment Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
