Fee Payment & Refund Policy

A registration deposit of ₹500 (one-time, non-refundable seat booking fee) reserves a limited seat for you in a specific cohort/batch. Once the batch has commenced, this registration fee remains non-refundable, as it is used to allocate mentor capacity and lab resources for your cohort.

If you are unable to join your originally scheduled batch, you may request — in writing, via email or WhatsApp — a batch transfer to a later cohort at no extra charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of your original cohort. Transfer requests made within 7 days of batch commencement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may attract a rescheduling fee.

Refund requests submitted in writing before your batch commences will be processed after deducting a standard administrative/processing fee to cover onboarding, documentation, and payment-gateway charges already incurred. No refunds — full or partial — will be issued for cancellation requests made after your batch has commenced, except where Zeron Academy cancels or indefinitely postpones the batch, in which case a full refund or free transfer will be offered.

Where a fee is paid in installments, each installment must be cleared by its due date as per the payment calendar agreed at enrollment. Continued access to training sessions, project repositories, staging servers, and cloud lab environments is conditional on installments being paid on schedule. Access may be suspended for overdue installments until payment is regularized.
